Bestseller Book Club In-Person
Join our Bestseller Book Club, where each month we will read a recent or new bestseller and discuss it in person here at the library! Led by Librarian Caitlin, this month we will be reading Shutter by Ramona Emerson. A forensic photographer for the Albuquerque police, Rita Todacheene has the uncanny ability to see the ghosts of crime victims that lead her to overlooked clues, a gift that also leaves her haunted by the spirits of the dead. This ability has both isolated her from her community on the Navajo nation and put her in dangerous situations, including a new case involving a murdered woman’s vengeful ghost. Rita finds herself facing both supernatural and real-life threats while entangled in a deadly quest for justice.
